About Civil Engineering Service
You can rest assured that our experience and knowledge of highways services is second to none. We are responsible for the maintenance of 1,315 streets and tow paths in Oxford with a total length of 320km (199miles). We undertake the maintenance of side roads in Oxford under an agreement with Oxfordshire County Council.

As well as improving and maintaining our own environment, we provide these services to Oxford Universities and Colleges, Oxfordshire County Council, local hospitals and other organisations within Oxfordshire.
Skilled and Trained Staff
Our permanently employed local staff have a wealth of experience and are highly skilled in their respective fields.
Staff are all trained to NRSWA (New Roads and Streetworks Act) standards and frequently undertake operational, technical and safety training ensuring our expertly skilled staff are able to offer a first class service every time.
