About Our Building Maintenance Services
ODS undertakes the repair and maintenance of Oxford City Council's housing stock and have over 20 years’ experience of completing responsive repairs, planned maintenance schedules and property improvements to over 7,500 properties.
Flexible Service that Meets Your Needs
We understand the importance of receiving a repairs service that is tailored to meet your needs and we work with both public and private sector organisations carrying out building works, refurbishments, general maintenance, gas servicing, maintenance and installations, electrical works and a 24 hour a day, 365 days a year emergency call out service across all trades.
Landlords & Letting Agents
We can provide a wide range of services for landlords and letting agents (with a property portfolio consisting of over 20 units) from planned and cyclical works, voids management and responsive repairs to electrical installations, gas servicing and welfare adaptations.
We are sorry that we currently cannot offer Building Maintenance Services to private residents or landlords.
Fully Equipped Operatives
We offer a full range of appointments to help meet your needs and have our own comprehensive in house stores ensuring continuity of service for our customers. We deliver our services through a field based workforce covering all trade types. Our operatives are equipped with fully stocked vehicles so they can deal with most calls in a single visit.

PAS 2030 accredited
PAS 2030 was created to support the Government’s framework to deliver energy efficiency measures to property owners across the UK to help improve the Energy Efficiency of Existing Buildings
PAS 2030 is a standard with the primary objective to provide a robust, uniformly applicable specification that will assist installers to demonstrate that their installation of energy efficiency improvement measures have met specification and customer requirements.
