ODS repairs and maintains Oxford City Council's housing stock and has over 20 years' experience of completing responsive repairs, planned maintenance schedules and property improvements to over 7,500 properties. We can offer property improvement services across all trades, to suit the needs whether you are a small business or a large organisation.

We work with both public and private sector organisations carrying out building works, refurbishments, general maintenance, gas servicing, maintenance and installations, electrical works and a 24 hour a day, 365 days a year emergency call out service (subject to contract) across all trades.
We are local and employ local craftsmen
Our team of directly employed local craftspeople have a wealth of experience and receive regular operational, technical and safety training to ensure they have the skills to deliver a first class service.

We are sorry that we cannot currently offer Property Improvement Service to private residents or landlords with less than 20 properties to maintain.
